Reservation Information

  • A deposit of 50% of total stay is required at time of reservation.  The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival via cash/check OR credit card (if needed, contact us and other arrangements can be made for second payment)
  • Reservations made within 14 days of arrival date will require FULL payment at time of booking.
  • When second payment is received, you will receive an email containing your receipt, your condo unit number, and lock box code for your condo keys.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 14 days prior to your arrival date we will refund your deposit less a twenty dollar service charge. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival you are responsible for the deposit.
  • We gladly accept MasterCard and Visa.
  • Children aged seven and under stay free.
  • Additional guests ten dollars per night.
  • Rates are subject to change.
  • Minimum stay may be required.
  • Parking is limited, no boats or RV’s allowed.
  • Our suites are all non-smoking.
  • We do not accept pets.
  • Rates do not include tax.
