• A down payment amount of 50% of total stay is required at time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival, Which will be taken from the credit card used to make deposit unless instructed otherwise (if needed, contact us and other arrangements can be made for second payment)
  • Reservations made within 14 days of arrival date will require FULL payment at time of booking.
  • When second payment is received, you will receive an email containing your receipt, your condo unit number, and lock box code for your condo keys.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 14 days prior to your arrival date we will refund your down payment less a twenty dollar service charge. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival you are responsible for the down payment amount (50% of total stay cost)
  • We gladly accept MasterCard and Visa.
  • Children aged seven and under stay free.
  • Additional guests ten dollars per night.
  • Rates are subject to change.
  • Minimum 2 night stay required.
  • Parking is limited, no boats or RV’s allowed.
  • Our suites are all non-smoking.
  • We do not accept pets.
  • Rates do not include tax.
